In June 1958, Mr Gédéon Dubois, the founder, came into business modestly in Montreal having only one truck for furniture moving and delivery.

Afterwards, Mr Dubois progressively acquired other trucks and therefore built up a fleet which allowed him to specialize in the interprovincial (Quebec/Ontario) transportation.

In 1963, Dubois Transport Enr. becomes Les Établissements Dubois Ltd.

In the eighties, his children taking over the company and opened up a new brokerage division.

In 1990, the growing company moves to Napierville, near the Lacolle frontier between New York and Quebec.

Nowadays, Les Établissements Dubois Ltd specializes in the road transport between Canada and the United States as well as in the containers for transport by sea-going vessels.
